i think you mean the onryo masks. can't remember where the legendary set is, but the others appear regularly in chests and on dead guys you murdered

Not sure but I saw people posting on social media that Naoe's hair grow or longer (a bit mixed with white, like older woman's hair, or probably a ray tracing effect).
