the "blue-eyed statues"

I was walking around in game when I heard two NPCs talking about an encounter with a kami... one citizen was telling the other that he had seen a kami and that he simply had to follow the "blue-eyed statues"... has anyone else ever heard this conversation and if so, have you managed to find the statues? I don't know but it piqued my curiosity and since there are fantasy elements (a bit hidden) I wondered if finding the statues would trigger a secret mission... that would be awesome!

i think i've seen some "blue eyed statues" - but long before i met these NPC's talking about them. i never bothered to "re-find" these statues. but as far as i can remeber this were the usual small statues which can be found along some paths into some shrines. but as i said, i never really tried to find them again....

it's the silver fox. can only be found at night, any season i think, there's guides on the internet. try not to approach it during a storm, it's VERY flighty then
