CD key not found

i buy at steam, after finish download i back up this game from pc to my handheld,, and bammm,, ubisoft appear and ask me for cd key,, ( not with valhalla ) and i search cd key at manage - cd key at steam, but i cant found it. please help.. can i refund ?

I had that happen the first time and all you need to do is start it up again. It happened me the one time and restarting it fixed it.

thank you ,, i already refund yesterday,, and i buy again, and its work,, because my steam email and ubisoft email account isnt same ,,,
