Limitless achievement issue

I am having issues getting the Limitless achievement to unlock on AC Shadows.

I have all legendary piece of gear of each type

You need to have all legendary gear equipped on your character, except for the horse, doesn't have to be legendary...

No actually not, there are two seperate achievments for wearing all legendary gear on either Yasuke or Naoe. Limitless requires to own one legendary gear piece in each category so hood, robe, Katana, Tantou and Kusarigama for Naoe as well as helmet, armor, Oukatana, Naginata, Kanabou, Bow and Teppou for Yasuke so you couldnt wear them all cause each character only got two weapon slots.

The achievement was broken, and appears to still be broken. Some people unlock it without issue, and for others it just refuses to unlock. It was supposedly fixed in a patch, but people are still saying they can't unlock it.

As I have unlocked the achievement I can tell you. That only twenty five percent or players have unlocked it. That's low considering that it should be a slam dunk just playing normally. So I'm going to believe the folks that are saying its still broken.

On a side note only three percent have completed the meditation achievement. That seems insane considering those are the easiest knowledge points. You'd think most would hammer those to completion to rank up faster.
