Why do you bring gender into everything?
They're probably some easily influenced and easily outraged Andrew Tate / Asmongold personality-watching type who like to consume Youtube content from these 'drama farmers' that infest the platform. It helps them feel validated and because they're only happy when they're irrationally angry at nothing. 🙂
He can! If you have not yet stalked your prey with Yasuke crawling through the grass to stand up and loudly (and messily) murder someone with a brutal assassination while shouting "I am Yasuke!"... my friend, you have not yet PLAYED this game!
And that doesn't even get into his sniper skills. Holy crap!
Yasuke is already a mostly pointless character from a gameplay perspective, because Naoe can become a monster in open melee combat and kill everything and she's the only one who can fully explore the open world. It would be nice if she had access to a bow, but it's not 100% required maybe, because Kunai do the job just fine.
I think it's a stupid game design decision by Ubi to lock weapon types and make them exclusive to one character when NONE of the other games who had a dual protagonist ever did this.
What good reason is there for Naoe not being able to use a bow or Yasuke not being able to use the tanto?
In fact, when you read about it all many female warriors did use the naginata! Yet Naoe can't use it.
I see no good reason to restrict weapons to one specific character. People still will predominantly play as Naoe, the ASSASSIN, in an Assassin's Creed game.
Actually they are not gender locked they are style locked. Yasuke uses Samurai style weapons and armors, Naoe uses Shinobi style weapons and armors.
Ubisoft actually did a good job at differentiating the two completely different styles
Also you really think a miserable twinkie like Naoe would be lifting 2-tons Kanabos?
