Does this game have no real side quests ?
i am playing for 18 hours now and I didn't had a single like "story" side quest like traditional side quests or how I would call it, like Odyssey and orgins had and valhalla kinda with the events.

Is it just always fetch quests 24/7 besides the story ? or are there also some normal side quests hidden between all the fetch stuff ?

I mean I really like the game but I am also a sucker for good side quests I have to say

90% of of this game is side quests.... besides the main bad guys EVERYTHING is side content

did you read what I meant ? real side quests, besides like fetch stuff where you have to kill and kill and kill.

I mean like story side quests, how side quests are in any other RPG not just kill 100 here and kill 200 there

I've found a dog sitting on the grave of its former master. It showed me the way to bandits who killed his master.
I've talked to a peasant who was bullied by bandits and I had to clear the area of bandits (although they've always respawned).
I've visited events that happened two years prior to the game's storyline and completed various tasks there.
I've received a contract to assassinate a target in a bandit camp and I've played hide and seek with the guards so I can face the target on a 1v1 fight.
I've gathered silk and paint and I've learned about japanese tea ceremony plus attended one in order to gain information about one of the main targets.

I'm sure there are other stuffs to do as side quests but I've played this game for only 21 hours so far.

There is quite a lot of similar quests.
I have played for only 61 hours and first today i started to go into the third area. (Omi)
Been busy doing loads of side missions and of course unlocking almost all the ? and "towers" in the two first areas (after prologue). Today i 'stumbled' upon a new "unknown organisation" after hearing some guys at a temple talking about some stranger, and unlocking a viewpoint where it conveniently panned slight past his hideout.

There is always something to do in this game.

The game has a serious lack of any story focused side content. You have nothing really like the various stories in Ghost of Tsushima each and every ally in that game offered you. And Odyssey also had more story focused side content that is not primarily "stab this person to death!".

There are a few short more story focused moments outside of the main quest here and there, those are very brief usually.
