Need help with an engraving item

Does anyone know where or how exactly I can get the engraving that gives 50% chance to refill tool on kill? The description in the game is very vague, it says something like its dropped or found by (name of something) gang or group. What I dont know is, where to find it or get it. Most engravings are sold from a certain vendor or tied to a quest, or kill this person, etc.. but this one is vague... does anyone know how to get this one or is there a place that explains how or a list of all the engravings and how/where to get them?

Any help is appreciated....

That's one of the first one's that I got. You get it very early in the game.

In Izumi Settsu, attack those ships off the coast of Osaka.

One of them should have it.

The engravings tell you where the find them if you select them in the forge.

Yes, it does, but its vague.. i dont remember exactly what the words say... but is something along the lines of you can aquire this from the (insert name of clan here) clan. Thats it.. so i have no idea how or where to find it... next time I am in game, I will get the exact text..... but i have no clue if this is just kill a bunch of people and one will randomly drop it, or is in a chest where these people are, etc... most of the others are like talk to this vendor, etc... or kill this person, etc... or a quest item.. this is just saying you can get it from this clan.. and that is it.... which is why i dont know where to get it....

SO, how am i suppose to find that... any ideas?

Probably either in the Asukai Clan Domain in Kyoto or as a reward for the quest where you have to kill an entire family in Yamashiro: The Twisted Tree. I'm guessing it's in the clan domain, maybe on one of the enemies there, but I can't remember where I got that engraving :/
