Translated from corporate to plain English: "I've got nothing".
I want to like Shadows, be supportive and provide you with constructive criticism guys, but right now I'm not sure what makes me frustrated more: that the game still released with plenty of fairly obvious bugs (after two delays, no less!) which I'm not sure how they've even made it past testing; OR that even the proverbial "5 business days" is not enough for you to process a bug report.
Except the part where they were each released in 3 parts with each one 6 weeks apart. Better to just release the entire thing all at once.
I'm 42 hours in and the worst "bug" I've seen was a bird stuck in flight and a couple of items that were floating above a table top. I still can't play Valhalla for more than 7 or 8 hours without a crash. I haven't crashed a single time in Shadows so far.
