Can't vault.

On PC this has never ever happened to me. I vault reliably, always. Weird! Just to make sure... even if this question sounds silly maybe... you DO have the prerequisite skill unlocked?

Try to get the headband that gives you the "vault over enemies while sprinting" engraving and see if that works? The vaulting is automatic here, you just sprint at the enemy, the game does the rest for you, does THAT work at least?

It's the Legendary Onna-Musha Headband, google it for more and where to find it, if you are interested and want to test it.

its wonky. as soon as theyre orange, DONT touch any single button on your controller, not even your joystick. just press B as theyre orange. dont even BREATHE on your joysticks. its dumb asf but thats how it works lol
