are the servers down?
for some reason the game won't start. I can just see the ubisoft connect starting and saying 'preparing to launch your game' and nothing happens after. Yesterday it was just fine, have played 90 hours

thanks, i've tried and it didn't help. Don't understand what could go wrong. Yesterday everything was perfect

Since some people have reported issues with cloud saves, try disabling it and see if that fixes the problem.

That’s odd. Can’t you disable the feature entirely?

Beyond these generic steps, I’m not really sure. You could try reaching out to support, though that’ll probably take a while.

I had a similar issue that I think was tied to the cloud save system. Took a few attempts/restarts, but I eventually got through. Really weird.

apparently it doesn't open any ubisoft games, it's a glitch in ubisoft connect...
