I just happen to like Samurai more than Ninja.
And I prefer the Samurai Armor over Ninja Garbs.
Super slow
Can barely climb
Can't jump to save his life.
Can barely dodge.
Throw in 1 Teppo or Archer into a fight with melee enemies, and Yasuke is a sitting duck.
Naoe is so fast, flexible, and nimble that she almost feels like HAAAX in relation to Yasuke gameplay. Those Teppo and Archers don't stand a chance against Naoe.
In Syndicate we were able to play both of the Frye twins cause their DNA was basically the same. In Shadows we are able to swap between african and japanese memmories because its woke BS!
Its really jarring to have to pick between these 2, i dont like either of them as i feel forced into a playstyle I have no choice in committing to.
I mean at this point just give us a character creator in all honesty so we can play whoever the hell we want.
He does feel like a tank, but only when dealing with a few enemies at a time. When surrounded, especially with Samurai commanders calling in explosive arrow strikes, things can get dicey for him rather quickly. I think it's fun to switch back and forth to play to each character's strengths.
Reminds me of Jacob and Evie Frye, where Jacob was a much better fighter, while Evie was unparalleled at stealth.
Which makes sense, considering the only reason we learned of Kassandra and Alexios' lives is because of a spear head covered in their blood.
Be scientific man
I DO feel tanky with Yasuke. It was literally the first sentence of my second paragraph, albeit with a few enemies at a time.
You're right.
I never played Odyssey.
I plan to, after enjoying Shadows too much. And now you've spoiled it.
Right? The only time I ever had to reload a game when playing Yasuke wasn't even a death, was because I let enemies call reinforcements and a thing I wanted to interact with but could only while anonymous was in a place where the reinforcements would spot me on arrival, so I reloaded just to not have to do that again later. Have yet to die with Yasuke on Expert, and I don't even bother keeping his gear up to level since he's a juggernaut even with gear 10 levels below enemies.
