UBI introduced really awesome and ahead of their time games in the past. They have a true well earned place in the gaming history.

But Sadly UBI today became a corrupted corpse, completely unrecognizeable shell of it's former self. It's pretty much finished.

They ruined all their franchizes which I have wonderful memories of.

Yeah I think if they made one honest game, a singleplayer experience, no micros, no blushits, dosent have to be long.

Just an honest Rayman Remaster even, people would gobble it up xD

Last year's PoP was highly praised and considered by many the best Metroid-like of the year, but you and the other fans didn't buy the game because all the discussion around the game was focused on what? Oh yeah, on the controversy of the protagonist being a "black" character.

However it is probably most bestest solution to just let people customize the character instead of forcing anything on anyone.

As to what happened with PoP, idk it was never my cup of tea, but most game media recently gets drowned in culture wars stuffs. It might not have been the reason for anything.

Oh they totally are for all ages, did you try the new Crash Bandicoot Its About Time, its great, its definitely more challenging than any AC game.

The cartoons and artsyle are very cool, if they could do something like that for rayman it would be amazing.

Yes! About Time was fantastic. Clearly made by devs who played the old Crash games and understood the original vibe and how to modernize that formula without turning it into something totally different. That game was super fun.

The issue is that they would most likely spend atleast 100m on said Rayman game and there is just no way that it would make that back unless they really made a smash hit.. Could be duable if it was for the Switch maybe...

They have the same issue with Prince of Persia.. the development budgets are way to large for what they make and whom they try to target as the core audience..
If they had smaller sized studios, with more creative freedom, then it might have been duable.


What most likely will happen is Ubisoft selling the Rayman IP in the near future, then you will get your Rayman game eventually.
