Of course it is, obviously the people who purchased the game won't admit that, but all you have to do is look at Ubisofts stock. When AC Shadows launched it was 13.09 Euros, now it has fallen to 9.55 Euros.
The game is a commercial failure, it needed 7 million copies sold just to break even on it's production budget. Ubisoft annonced the game reached 3 million players, before people brag about that number they need to realize that this game launched on Ubisoft+, which I don't think many of them do. 3 million players isn't 3 million sales in this case, which is why they specifically said players instead of sales.
who gonna tell him euros isnt the only currency
I know since I'm not European, but would their stock be better if it was converted to USD or another currency? what point are you trying to make here?
same point as steam not being the only platform
they're gonna make money
will it be enough? i dunno.
will it be a lot? yeah. they always do. esp on consoles. assassin's creed is ubisoft's the sims.
You just said Euros isn't the only currency, but that doesn't disprove my point of their stock being down, even if you convert it to another currency..... so your point was?
They need 7 million sales just to earn back the money they spent producing the game, once it surpasses 7 million sales they will actually earn profit. The only thing that is happening now is they are earning back money they spent making the game, if it doesn't reach 7 million sales Ubisoft would have lost money making it.
So you substituted a game with 80% positive review and ~20k players playing it, for a game that has 75% positive reviews and only ~2.4k players playing it.
And you still prefer talking to random people online. What happened? Neither was fun enough to keep you entertained for months?
You just need to avoid "solutions" that are not helpful. Especially if you don't have enough information. That is not wise. You are being extremely rude.
you are extremely rude
Why are we discussing that again?
I think we should stop. Feel free to agree by not replying to me. I'm certainly not willing to participate. Obviously you will not be of any help at all.
and you can even get a loan
anyway, you already have all what you need. you have computer and internet. you can stream, you can mod games, you can code, you can do DTP, you can do animations, you can do advertisements...
you can do anything...
and then make a money... and buy a game what you want
