Yagoro dissapeared?
I've found Yagoro during "A Blade in the Dark" before killing every Sinbakufu member. And I lost both battles to him. After that he just dissapeared without any further quest but he is still at the allies board. Did I miss opportunity to recruit him forever? Or it's some kind of a bug? Playing in canon mode

You only get two tries to beat him, then yes, gone.

That sucks. How should I know he will dissapear while playing
Canon mode is not so canonical after all

Well, it's pretty obvious you have to beat him to earn his respect.
