Why I find no Kakuregas at all?

I often got a popup message remind me Kakuregas as teleport points, but I see nothing on map, nothing close by, WTF?

I suppose it's under my nose, but I can't see any and it's deeply annoying.

Is there any trick to detect/find/not miss them?

Don't forget that rank 3 of the hideout kakurega adds more locations to the map.

The Kakuregas have a grey "Assassine Creed face icon" on the map. You have to pay 800 gold (click on that icon) to have them work as teleport und use the services.

Mmm didn't noticed a rank building was related, but still see none on map despite have had the message like 5 times, that's insane.

Ok is it possible such icon appear then disappear like after a season?

Ooops the icon ended be hide by another, thanks the point was really helpful, but I still don't get why I got the message so often, perhaps when the game quotes I'm bored to wanderer, :-P
