How to unlock tournament?
I even finish all shinbakufu. It is not unlocking the quest. Can anyone tell me what is the key to unlock it?

I am pretty sure I saw it after I hit 41. That, or there was some otehr side quest that enabled it.

It's right there, outside your base. The fact that you are 60 means you pretty much completed everything side quest wise, or should have.

No, the start quest is literally right outside the base zone border.

The map is kind of confusing somehow. I love the game, but I dont like the map system
