Shinobi's Fury disappeared from my inventory!

Have sank 17 hours into the game so far and have had the Shinobi's Fury tanto equipped ever since I unlocked it.
I was playing as Yasuke for a bit and switched back to Naoe and realised my secondary slot was empty.. I assumed that something had happened to unequip it so went in to re-equip it and it's gone from my inventory!
I know I've not scrapped it by accident because I used it since my last forge visit! It's just gone! One of the best tantos I've had in game and now have to use a crappy common one!
Anyone else had this happen with any of the weapons? And there any way to re-obtain gear that anyone knows of?

don't even think you CAN scrap legendary gear, so this definitely sounds like a bug

i never had such a problem.

maybe.... the game makes autosave, load a save back where you know that you have the weapon.
if this dont work, load a manual save from before.... and yes you need to do the quests again.

are you sure that this weapon was for naoe?
some quest items are for yasuke even if you play with naoe and this also happens if you play with yasuke you get items for naoe.

sorry, maybe ask support, i am not sure if they are willing to help you.
there are many weapons ingame and i collect them all into my case in hideout, so i never can destroy a weapon (i dont destroy any weapons or armor)

Check your storage chest, in case it got placed there.

If it's not there, then it's gone.

You can't dismantle Legendaries, so that's out of the question. And you can't sell them.

I place all of my Legendary equipment in the storage chest to get rid of it.
