controlled and consolidated by Ubisoft.
Ubisoft may not cease to hold a majority of New subsidiary voting rights and share capital
for a 2-year period

Pouring more money into the same family that is the reason of years of failure wont change a thing. Guillemots greed cause Ubisoft to fail and will continue to make them fail... Guess Tencent will regret letting Guillemot stay in charge 😂
This.
Ubisoft owns it all and has complete creative freedom.
Tencent is just getting royalties for its 25%
They lost nothing
People were saying Ubisoft badly needed investors
Now they got a big ass one lol
Im watching the market as we speak and I see no reaction either up or down tbh
Now they just gotta make good games and stop messing around
Most likely they won't be able to invest much of that money, as they have a lot of debt to pay off first. So the money prevents them from going under right now, but they'll still need to heavily restructure to have a tiny chance at survival.
