Tutorial Messages reappear

Starting Act 2 (after meeting Yasuke) the Tutorial Pop Ups are back and won't go away, i have no option to disable them... anyone else has this problem? This is really anoying!

I share your frustration. There's plenty of HUD display customisation options but they completely neglected to provide options to turn off Tutorials. Dumb as bricks decision.

Getting this as well. I tried changing the setting for Tips and Messages under HUD Customization to Critical Only, but they still popup. Hopefully something they'll patch.
