yes, got the same issue.
I don't trust the NVIDIA app much. I think I tried it once or twice (was it Overwatch or something?) and its settings choice were really much worst than the defaults settings I had.
Anyway, default settings seems fine as far as I can tell.
I only had to set a fix FPS rate after the patch 1.0.1 introduced some kind of flickering bug.. :(

Open the app. It's on the front page.

Except it's not actually there, maybe check before posting next time? You can't even add it to your Nvidia App Library!! Sad that a AAA game isn't getting added on day 1 by Nvidia, let alone a few weeks after launch.
