Disable cloud saves

Someone told me that crashes maybe are related to cloud saving... maybe of course.
I tried to disable on ubisoft and here on steam and it seems al correct but when i go to check in the savegames folder of ubisoft i always find at least 2 or 3 saves uploaded.
How ?
I disable the sync from both the launcher for all the games.
help me please

Yeah,
i have done it there but they are still uploaded i think.

Because when i go to che ck in the saves there is always the copy .upload
