A newly released game on steam has just surpassed ACS, breaking 100k players. Youd think that an established IP like AC would hold more weight.

AC Shadows is also available on consoles, uplay (also part of subscription).

Steam count is not all the players playing the game worldwide.

Did you forget ubis subscription? And price matters now? If people can spend 90 bucks on a pre order then 70 shouldnt matter.
