Can you just play as the lady?

I saw some gameplay and i just don't like the combat of the other character.

i am 15 hours in and i have ONLY played with her i havent even unlocked Yasuke... she IS the protagonist, Yasuke is an add-on

character creation means you can create whatever you like...all races, colors and sexual orientation...you chose

Don't buy the game then. Not sure what's not to like about the combat though. it's fun being a walking tank

I agree on the terrible combat of Yasuke, not Samurai worthy. Also the forced parts I try to rush, but he is so SLOW in movement that even a granny can run faster. Also, for now 80 - 90% it is the female you can play with.
