Any way to fix that issue?

If you are missing dlss frame gen then unplug your controllers and other peripherals like wheels then relaunch the game and play with keyboard. A fix is on the way ubisoft is working with nvidia.

For me dlss and fg works if after starting the game I connect the controller. If the controller is connected before starting the game, there is no dlss and fg option. To be precise, this is an xbox controller connected via bluetooth

just disable steam input for ac shadows, no need to disconnect the controller.

Use Special K to launch the game. The creator has used it to fix games for very nearly a whole decade.
