Should I play this game first or Origins?

I own both and I hear both are good.

Generally games improve over time, so I'd start with Origins in case it ends up feeling outdated after playing this one.

Yes and no, Origins was the start of AC being changed into a different genre, it’s the bread but there’s no butter on it yet, I suggest trying Valhalla and see if you’ll enjoy, but don’t take my word for it, honestly the full truth, play Shadows and see if you’d enjoy the whole change of AC. It makes more sense to try the future game to see what latest thing has been improved or changed.

I played 70 hours of valhalla, but never finished it. I also played a lot of Odyssey but I just never got into origins.
