I get that "2 million copies" is great and all, but this isnt a cause for celebration in the slightest. The game needs at the very least triple that to even get close to breaking even and to start making profit from its first dollar.
Since when was "2 million" an achievement for what is meant to be a AAA game from a Top 3 publisher such as Ubisoft?
Im tired of games being "fine". I dont have time to play games that are "fine". I want to spend my $80 on kickass games that blow me out of the water. And AC:Shadows has shown me everything but in one of my most beloved franchises.
I wanted features from Brotherhood such as recruiting your own assassins from random civilians and having them sent out on contracts, full of cosmetics and press L1 and they all come flying from the rooftops air assassinating like they used to 15 YEARS AGO!!! Things like this. And not some watered down version that we got.
The franchise feels like its going backwards and not innovating enough.
You should want more from this IP.
A hell of alot more.
10 * 60 = 600
Where did you get 600million from ?
Is it math or truth you have difficulties with ?
You know we can see you don't own the game right?
Also pretty sure people will be able to use that just fine given that Ubi has lost 80% stock value the past 5 years and it's on a 5 day down trend. Imagine launching a game and not increasing your stock value in 5 days with '2 million sales'.
They have other properties. Their biggest flop and perhaps the thing most to blame for their current financial predicament is Skull and Bones. They invested, some estimate, nearly one billion dollars in it and ended up landing less than a million players.
