40+ hours and still no ally

It's been over 40 hours since I started the game, and I haven't been able to recruit any allies, including Yaya. Does anyone know why? :/

I wanna see if this is truly 40 hours because if that’s the case there’s no way this is true lol, and if it’s actually 40 hours I’ll be impressed

Do their quest at objective board, allies are missable depending on your choices

On objective board i can see Yaya for example, but there are no quest for her. And i remember i get the "join me" option when i finish her quest.

But even can't build the ally building in hideout right now

Yeah it's 36 hours but not on steam. Yaya is shown on ally board but can't build the building

Fair, I still wanna see some type of proof haha, it’s astonishing to see someone play that long and don’t have a scout yet

I'm not sure but to not spoil you too much, I think you need to be after the story checkpoint where you unlock Yasuke

i already unlocked yasuke

It takes a while before you start to unlock them and it also comes down to what quests your focusing on.

I can easily imagine that, as I'm at 10 hours without doing anything worthwile storywise.

In fact, before the release, I played AC Syndicate for 40 hours and as soon as I reached London, I stopped doing the story. I'm at max Level, maxed out every associate possible, ranked up the gang to max.

Well, I‘d continue not doing any main quest if I didn’t find out that I need to continue the story to unlock anomalies.

ALlies are completely optional side content. You need to focus on side quests if you want to unlock the and the game does warn you.
