Edit: That said, I've noticed high (up to 100%) GPU utilization, while CPU is at 20-30. It doesn't look like CPU bottleneck in my case.
Same, CPU IS Between 20-30
i'm not constantly watching my FPS, but the game runs smooth enough for me with quite high settings in 4K. i'm using DLSS qualiy setting (DLSS Swapper) and have no stutters or any other problem.
