Animus store/exchange/projects offline

I have been pulling my hair out trying to find anything about this online, but I have only found a couple comments and no solutions. Is anyone else unable to access the animus menu/store? I get notifications while playing about keys and the exchange to unlock in-game things via the season pass, but when I try to access it, it does nothing or it gives me an error code. I've confirmed that I'm connected to Ubisoft Connect and my internet is fine.

I can't access store either, i get an "online service error"

I have the same problem. I can't get to the Projects section or the store. I have the game on Uplay and not Steam just FYI.

I just tried to open the Store and it kept loading. Waited 5 minutes but hard to force the game to quit. Probably some server issue with the store atm.

No, this did not work. I unlinked everything and it did not work.
