Game is starting to run like bad out of nowhere?

Yesterday I was playing at ultra high settings with frame generation and was getting 70 frames on average. Now today I can't get above 45?

All I did was exit the game when I was done, I checked to make sure all the settings were the same and they are. I even tried lowering the graphics to High instead of Ultra or Very High and I still can't get above 45.

Can someone help?

Your lucky, my PC caught fire rather than run this garbage..

Could be ubisoft server issues affecting game performance somehow.
Right now I can't access the animus and there's a server error message during gameplay.

check that your DLSS didnt changed to auto . it happened to me . i had to close game and open then DLSS appeared
