Only turn on "weak enemies" cheat when needed, otherwise it will cause constant desync

I’ve encountered this myself about 5 times. I’m almost positive it’s a bug. It triggered twice in a row for me after hopping through a window onto the same roof but not after the same amount of time. I had just reloaded from the last desync and had returned to this spot after going straight back.

I don't kill orange-colored servants/civilians, only combattants who are red in the "V" view, and I still get this message. If it is intentional, it's a stupid thing.
