Oh, and also on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Microsoft Windows, Amazon Luna...
And most SALES of the game come from other distributors, not Steam. Most of the sales are on console.
I had access to journalist copy.
I think even Epic store got it cheaper. Its funny how haters argue about numbers on steam.
Me, I did get those games when they first came out and purchased shadows on steam so in three or four months when ubi+ membership exceeds the value of purchasing the game I don’t have to worry about it.
do you really thing the majority are buying it on ubisoft store? or paying for uplay+ to play the game, or any other store especially on pc, console sales likely 5x the pc sales so of corse the game limped passed the 1 million sales mark.
its projected this game need to sell 7-10 million copies, not just have that many people play it, to let the company limp along to maybe recover... I just cant see that happening, I mean long tail in half a year when the game is on a 90% off like most ubisoft games sure, but at that point they would need to sell in the 100 millions not just 7-10
It makes sense of why they end up laying the devs off after launch
