Worth Updating Nvidia Driver?
Hi guys. I have a question: upon launching game and getting past logo screens. I got a message saying my video card driver is unsupported or outdated? I have been pressing ok/confirm and was able to continue to game, but am wondering if it is worth updating video driver to latest? I usually hold off on updating till required because each time I update, I usually do a clean install of driver, and have to reset FPS limit for 2 Star Wars games (KOTOR 1 and 2). Should I update Nvidia video driver? Right now, I am on driver version 566.14 and my laptop has an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080. Thoughts and help appreciated :)

Yes first thing you should try is updating your driver. On the NVIDIA app gives you the option to do a clean install of the driver but you should opt out of this to save your settings. See if that works first.

Yeah game ready drivers is what the app would download for you. NVIDIA website is fine.

Is it best to always do a "clean install" of video (Nvidia) drivers? I know doing a clean install wipes settings, but wondering if it is ok to normally install over older/current driver?

Try without doing clean install and then if you still have problems try a clean install.
