You should read the EULA you agreed to. Your collection doesn't exist. They can revoke the license at any time for any reason. And if Ubisoft folds (which is very possible looking at their stock price), then you're left with a bunch of DRM games that can't be played.
And don't say, "that will never happen," because it already has. My original copy of Chaos Theory can no longer be played because of the DRM Ubisoft abandoned.
