Win10 Not Detecting Stick After Update

Long story short, my Windows 10 updated and now my Xbox 360 Hori Fighting Edge isn't recognized - it shows up under devices as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

I've tried updating the drivers, removing the drivers, updating as xbox peripheral... etc. I've tried using a regular Xbox 360 pad and it recognizes as a standard controller, so why isn't this licensed device working?

The stick/dongle are not broken.

The problem is often that the Steam input wrapper (which is often meant for games with no native controller support) interferes with SFV's native controller support in-game.

reset/delete your SFV controller config file input.ini
+ reset your Steam controller settings in desktop+big picture mode
+ unplug all controllers, restart SFV and plug in your Steam controller, you should be able to use and reconfigure it then.

It's a fightstick, not a steam controller :/

Also, it's a Windows 10 issue not an SFV one but I was hoping people here could help out who might have the same situation.

Hmm, have you an option to test your FightStick on a different PC/OS or XBOX360, just to make sure it is working correctly?

As much as I want to blame this game for every problem (I've never been able to play it... it just doesn't work). "it shows up under devices as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)." This is a problem with your PC or controller, it has nothing to do with the game.

Yep, I'm 1000000% sure it's a driver issue. It happens to a lot of people according to google. And also according to this guy ^^.

Yea I know this, was just hoping anyone here could help with a solution.
