My enter and escape keys doesnt work

so i've bought SFV today and i wanted to play it but the problem is i cant use my enter and escape keys because they dont react to it? What can i do or what shoukd i do?

to bypass/navigate through the introduction menus use the keyboard buttons
"B" to accept and "N" to decline

If these buttons are not responding click with your mouse buttons anywhere on the SFV screen, even if the cursor is not visible, this will regain focus, now try to press "B" or "N" again.

If your "B" or "N" keyboard buttons are also not working, so you can't even bypass the EULA, add the launch option:
-windowed
to your SFV Steam settings.

To completely reset your keyboard and controller settings, you can delete the SFV config file
input2.ini
which is located in

%LocalAppData%\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Press: Win+R
Paste the above path
Press: ENTER to access it directly
