Report a translation problem
The most taxing settings are the screen resolution/scaling + shadows + post processing effects.

I would suggest that you set the resolution to 720p. set all other details to low and put the resolution scaling at 50%. Go up or down with the scaling from there and make gradual adjustments, always making sure you're hitting 60fps. Do multiple test runs in training mode on the most visually complicate stage until you find that settings sweet spot.
Turning things like Shadows, Post Processing, and Aliasing down should have a very big effect.
I'm serious. This game can run on some incredibly low spec hardware.
