LOOL bought Ultra street fighter 4 and its BETTER THAN 5 LOL
this has to be said.
Capcom really messed this one up. Street fighter 5 is the Worst game starting up yet it failed many times... the new arcade edition has made some great improvments yet it still will Never compare to Arcade SS4 and USS4. there were More Characters, Finishers. Combos. Speed fights. Focus combos. and many features. USS4 Akuma is Demon Dodge is Epic compare to street fighter 5.
I dont know but after buying USS4 today few years after street fighter 5 came out I feel i have wasted my money buying street fighter 5. characters and season passes.... this isnt right. Capcom need to learn from street fighter 4.
Epic character and shows the True Story behind Ryu hidden evil powers and the Final transformation of Akuma also Goken !!!! GOKEN!!! MAN!!!! these are character WE WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN IN STREET FIGHTER... Ever.... and the finishers... ryu DEMON FIST BREAKING HIS FOE SKULL INTO THE GROUND X_X RIP.. AS PLAYERS OUR VOICE MUST BE HEARD

Eh USFIV ( Upgrade -> SF4, SSF4 SSF4 2012 USFIV ) was good times in the back 2009 -2015 was strong players active...USFIV was much nicer...really everythings. Really perfect.

SFV is different sometimes make me want to $%^@#$%^&*$^&$&#

SFV feels unrepairable... seriously.. if you play USF4 Now there is a HUGE different in the system anbd feels like street fighter 5 should have characters, and systems like USS4. I feel this LONG wait was to only get additional V triggers.. and no new moves. characters.. Lame season pass.. really? and for the Love of god where are the seocnd finishers... USF4 has it ALL and OMEGA play style with new speeds, chrarcters attacks. and more connection combos.. this feeling being used by capcom even though Arcade edition has noithing new besides... second v trigger if you really look at it .....

The problem with the online on usf4 is either a lot of people are too good, they cheat, or they have been there since the vanilla sf4 and are in the hunt for newblood to use as a chew toy. Other than that it is finally complete after the years of inserting prefixes of vanilla, super, arcade, then ultra. A capcom fighter has a lot of sins to pay for.

Dont even get me started with how double helix started this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ season pass trend during Killer Instinct Xbox One Day 1 to which Capcom copied making things a 100x times worst.

LOL i wish they stop with the season pass... and apply more features to the game play like cross over, tag battle. new combos finishers.... capcom is becoming lazy and soon will be out of a job.. if they keep messing around.. maybe thats the reason Aracde edition was free for pervious owners.. lol and new game content like megaman x collection and 11
i would rather have a game with large selection of characters to play with future DLC content like what SS4 has done. sadly i have to wait a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ year to play this character saget.. and wait 4 years to play goken and oni.. or evil ryu lol seriously.. this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It looks like you have clearly not followed the Street Fighter history long enough.

The Arcade Edition and any other new game modes/features are "free" for all SFV owners, because the SFV business model
is financed through optional cosmetics, like stages, costumes, titles and other non pay to win elements.

This is why all SFV owners have access to
- free version updates
- Fight Money DLC character unlocks
- new free game modes/balancing
- CFN servers for PC vs PS4

In SFIV you didn't had the fight money option, you always had to pay to access the newest characters/game modes, the SFIV multiplayer base became fragmented between different game versions and you could not play with console players either.

Not to mention the SFIV
- hidden DLC on disc debacle
- cheated ranked points, which were stored locally in the PC version
- "dead on arrival" team battle mode and tournament mode, because of impatient lobby players
- variable FPS / dynamic FPS multiplayer option issues on PC
- underwater sort of slowdowns, when the opponent caused lag/FPS issues (death sentence for all charge characters)
- removed time trial modes/CPU challenges in later SFIV versions
- mindless autopilot vortex setups on knockdown (especially Akuma + Ibuki)
- the first year online was basically "Sagat + Ken fighter" and the last USFIV versions were plagued with Yun, Elena, Evil Ryu and Ken
- invincible frames dragon punch "mashing" during blockstun + FADC was very popular and had a relatively low risk
- "omega mode" was one of the worst features in USFIV, it was fun for 30 minutes to mash around and that's all, a completely unbalanced mess, it was the beginning of the end of USFIV.

The best multiplayer feature of SFIV were the endless lobbies with friends (similar to SFV battle lounges), but with Steam text chat integration + Steam friends to lobby invites + region filter options to filter the players for your lobby, although it sadly allowed only the same country and not continent.

Well, if we are talking about gameplay then there is a problem that a lot of people hated SFIV (all main games are very diffrent, so every one of them have it's own fans) and it was more about having more characters with crazy stuff than about balance.

People who bought SFIV also felt like they wasted their money because SFIV was a separate game and all versions were not compatible, so to play with most player base you had to buy new version.

SFV:AE still is trash and has a sh*t netcode and way too much input lag. Waiting and praying they don't F up the anniversary collection. SF5AE or otherwise is a joke. Love how they have no announcements on pro tour yet. Get rekt by poor sales.

This seems to happen with every new Street Fighter. Part of the reason why no one liked SF3 or SFA. It also happened when SF4 came out, every third strike player under the sun called that game buttcheeks(tbh it kinda was.) Now SF4 players are saying the same ♥♥♥♥ about SF5(TBH it kinda is). The reality is that SF5 is the new hottness and will likely dominate the SF community till SF6 is released, which might never happened due to the stance Capcom has taken on the game. I'm fine with it though, it's still a Street Fighter game even if it has glaring, very serious issues with its gameplay, the way it's being balanced, and it's finacial plan.

I like how the OP compares the final version of SFIV which has 6 years of post release updates, then looks at SFV which is only on year 2 of post release updates, and thinks this comparison in any way makes sense LOL

This is actually why I came back to SF5 with the release of AE. SF4 was not great on release and I figured I've given the game enough time to develop it's meta and recieve updates. I like it a lot more than I did my first go around, but I don't understand why they reduced the amount of FM they offer. The game feels much more like a sequel to 3rd strike than anything else, which I'm okay with as that's probably my favorite Street Fighter.

Yeah, I just tried running SF4 a few days ago, and the graphics are clearly better than SF5.
