Falke look Amazing but, who know what character she will be ??
Never played 'shoto' before so I'm bad at everything: random fireball, panic shoryuken, Difficulties to connect Hadoken/tatsumaki after a hit ... and much more ^^ And i don't know why, I feel like everyone can play a Sakura, and so she will be used by everyone lol
And What About her damage and her V-triggers ? Sakura have crazy damage when she use V-Trigger 2 (Too much damage and too easy to input if u want my opinion ^^)
Her moves do low damages. It's just that you need to do chain combos no matter what because this character was built to be a combo-heavy, or else there's no point using her.

The choice is yours.
Reason because at first she may be difficulty to learn to use effectively but put in a few matches and practices you will see how effective she is.
she has some very basic and easy to execute combos which if you catch them with a light punch (ST or crouch) you be almost guaranteed to followup.
she has multiple great anti airs and more than one way to counter fireballs. Her parries deal huge damage and her v-skill is very dangerous. If you get someone who likes to keep mashing or going on the offence then Kolin can easily parry the attacks but for safety V-skill is all you need.
Both of her V-trigger are really good but I would pick her new V-trigger as it allows more opportunties and mix-ups (need to practice still) and can finally add one followup from the v-skill.
She has all the tools to make her dangerous agaisnt almost anyone she faces.
Her Hailstorm (dropping ice) can anti fireball and hit them. It's slow but at some situation can be nice to use or basically to force an opponent to get closer.
her silver edge is a good coutner for fireballs and ex versions can counter any projectiles (medium or high ex versions)
If you have a good read the parries can be very useful to get you out of corners or sticky situations.
She has her drawbacks but I find her to be very fun to play as and she has pretty much all the tools needed.
You'll still find it tough to beat a Guile, Akuma and some of the grapplers. But she has everythign needed to get the job done.
prinnyuber: I like the comparaison Prinny ! This morning I looked a video with 'V-trigger into CA' just like your Sakura video and the damage look pretty much the same :)
lanepi: .... Thats an awesome source of informations! Thanks a lot Lanepi !! Now I kind of understand her playstyle, especially Ice balls and Parry. V-trigger 2 is awesome and actually V1 is reliable even in s3 I beleive (if u want to mix it up) And Guile/Akuma was already a nightmare for me with Mika so it cannot be worst ><
It's decided! I choose the Almighty Frozen Queen of Russia !! ^^
Cool:) All the best and good luck. Hope you have lots of fun playing her. She's really good fun.
Yeah her V-Trigger 1 is still very good and reliable one of the rare moves you can use to followup from a throw or when the person is floored. It's easier to use but as you get used to her I suggest her 2nd v trigger.
:) Hope we see you in game!
