Please Add Tier 4 Weapons

This aspect feels like an element of auto-chess, or more specifically, Team Fight Tactics. I had made 4 sets of Tier 3 Spears when playing Synthar (Oops, all Spears!), with the idea that this was already implemented.

I'd like to see a really hard to acquire T4 weapon variation, for each weapon, that cannot be found in the RNG rolls, but MUST be crafted by two Tier 3s, combining into one. While this wouldn't have much use in the fast-paced Acts (Story Mode), I think this would really add to the gameplay of Endless.

In addition, maybe add a prayer at the shrine that lets us equip Tier 3 weapons from the start, which would allow Primaris the ability to craft it.
