So basically we would have to wait until Dec before we can get all the feathers for the mount

@Skyraj : you need 4 feathers to get the mount. Each 10 tickets grant you 1 feather from the specific event you farmed the tickets from. It's clearly written above "use them to buy the Indrik Feather specific to that event". So the Clockwork City DLC is mandatory.

But it doesn't seem like mandatory? It's said 'feather specific to event', not tickets. And we'll have enough tickets for other events. 57 if I count right, while we need just 40. And feathers from previous event will be available in next event.

We will see. If there's only 1 type of ticket, Impresario will give you 4 feathers, regardless where you got the tickets from. But if they put 4 ticket types for each of the events....you will need to buy the DLC. I still think that "specific" is for 1 feather obtained from each of the 4 events.

Do you really need the Clockwork City DLC to be able to get the mount? I don't own that and I'm not planning on getting that one either for the moment.

So if we missed the first event, does that mean we can not obtain the mount if we are a returning player?
