In my opinion the mound doesn't deserve so much hassle grinding all of these quests.
It would be a game changer if there will be Christmas elements in mount's ornament.

15 tickets (event 1) + 21 tickets (event 3) + 21 tickets (event 4) = 57.
You only need 40 to get the mount.
