Question about the coming Subclasses
Returned and made an Arcanist because Nightblade s*cked in mass pull pve.
Now i am confused, wait for update and subclasses and return too nightblade plus pala and arcana beam skill?

Because running old region quest again with new classes doesn´t make sense too me?

From what I understand, listening to the live stream on Twitch. The requirement is to have a level 50 character on your account. Plus, you must have the class that you want to purchase,
such as the Arcanist, Necromancer, and Warden.

You are limited to one skill line at a time. So, if you are an Arcanist, you can subclass into one (1) Necromancer skill line at a time. You can subclass into more classes. Take the Arcanist/Necromancer. You can then choose another subclass, say a DragonKnightt skill line. Then you would have an Arcanist/Necromancer/Dragonknight, with one subclass of each.

That is as much as I have gathered at this time from the Twitch livestream that I am watching while typing this.

So would it better be waiting insteed leveling again an another class? Because in the end you can switch back too your alt char and take sub classes?

That falls into what you want to do. You mentioned, as I understand it, that you don't want to level a character in the same zone that you have your Night blade. I get it. It gets really boring, and you tend to lose the feel of the story content of that zone. Have you considered leveling up a new character, toon, in another zone?

Remember, all progress in a skill line achieved is, will be, account-wide.

I don't know what else to suggest without more input about your thinking/situation.
When does the subclass system go live? Missed the stream and haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

Skill line progress will be account wide now? Does that mean if i lvled Mages guild skill line to 10 on A it will be lvl 10 on B?

The overall skill progress for the account will only be available for the new subclass system.
The current skill system will remain unchanged.

I just came back and saw this and it seemed interesting, from what i can gather you need a level 50 of the class you WANT the skill line from, so if you dont have a max level of that class you cant get the skillline.
