2.) I have done the repair through the ESO launcher, doesn't seem to have made a difference.
I can see the 64-bit issue by @IronBeastX. Although I can't get out of the game to check task-manager, but according to my system overlay, as I approach approximately 2gb of ram for ESO is when I crash. I start with 3gb (1 of which is to ESO), once I approach 4gb I crash/freeze..
They better fix it, I waited a year to buy the game because its well.. BETHESDA... which means CRAPTASTIC quality at launch. Please tell me I didn't waste $70 on another broken bethesda game.

I will attempt to change the dx11d call to dx11.dll and see if that helps anything but I'm highly doubting it.
