Even if the Healer is low CP, party would rather kick everyone else

I've been Dungeon spamming with Activity Finder, and ... even if the Healer is only level 45 in a hard Dungeon, everyone else is likely to be kicked. I was kicked despite being the highest CP on my team for not doing enough damage, yet our healer constantly died and wasn't kicked.

I was also in two, maybe three other parties where our tank got kicked or the DPS when our Healer in all three times were a lower CP whom wasn't perfect at their role. I understand that it's a bit rough trying to find Healers, but this seems to be a bit much for me personally. Kicks should only go out for an AFK or if someone is truly not ready for said Dungeon.

any player can go to Cryodiil at level 10 for Siege training that opens new skill-line = Alliance Wars, it has 2 awesome abilities = VIGOR-self heal and Rapid Maneuvers-run fast. To unlock VIGOR, you need to level up to 5 in Alliance War.

Screw Vigor. I run Barrier and solo tank/heal the entire dungeon.

For most dungeons. You can scratch entirely the healer and the tank, bring 4 DPS with a self heal and a defence skill. You'll actually do the dungeon faster.

I'll probably start ignoring your posts. I don't mind feedback or criticism but you come off so passive aggressive, it's not even funny anymore. Every post i've seen you make, is always so hostile. Until you actually act like a civil person, i'm going to look past your comments sir.

Not everyone gets the vote kick notification, such as if they are in menus etc. Also, not everyone knows that not voting doesn't count as a "no" vote.

The minimum level for certain normal dungeons, including DLC dungeons, was changed to 45. For an average PUG, DLC dungeons can be hard (especially when people haven't done them before or don't know the fight mechanics).

PUGs can be pretty nonsensical with their kick behaviors. Honestly, the best advice I can give you is to find a good PvE guild, make friends and run with 1-3 people you get to know. Even having just one person you know in the dungeon with you makes it so much more fun. PUGs are mostly made up of solo players, and some of them can be really bitter. The worst runs I've ever had were always PUG groups, but the best times I've ever had were always with my friends and guildmates.

Do you know any guilds or clans I can keep in touch with? The one group I am in atm is a trial running one where they'll accept people above 100+ CP so long as they can prove that they're good at their given role. Despite i'm not straight up DPS, I can do 26-30k damage in my combos using a Summoning Pet Build while being a little tanky.

I also mostly play on the Xbox One, though I do check out how the PC ESO is doing from time to time.

Yes, but for "I was in partyes where our tank got kicked", OP need to vote "yes". If you are online with active status not voting count as a "no" vote.

Civil question: you maked this topic for what, sir? If someone doesn't agree with you, then you perceive this as an aggression against you and an attempt to offend you. You write, that you do not mind criticism, but you see offense and agression in any criticism. A little bit infantile, sir...

In the case: it's still unclear what you complain about? People kicking and being kicked, it's just a game and it's just a people. They kicked you from the party? Find a new one, sir.

I also remember your strange "advice" to low level in another topic: "don't do dungeons untill you reach champions level, there people can kick you"

If you're PC EU I got a guild you can join. We run all content but vet trials, and we're "noob-friendly". We'll take any levels for normal trials and most dungeons, and as long as you're willing to learn/listen when it comes to vet content, we'd be happy to take you there too.
