You will want the treasure hunter perk in cp if you don't already have it to be sure you get some epic pieces.

Also you can buy it in guild stores. The robust pieces are expensive followed by health and arcane. Arcane are pretty cheap.

Edit: I did a tt search and they are all expensive now. 16k for arcane. Blame jewelry crafting.
