Stuck on infinite character loading screen

was working fine yesterday had a same problem before and had to do repair all over again this is a recurring problem and is really annoying

don't! its a server problem, not a problem with your installation. people have to stop to suggest that stupid repair option to everyone for every problem. on a steam installation it is causing more problems than anything and with server problems it can't help at all. stop it.

Already did that twice. And ran it on admin. And disabled mods. Still can't get in.

Am fine with traveling between zones but once I wan't to access my house I have infinite loading screen.

Edit: Now I can't load in anymore either after I restarted the game.
