In topic 21:9 looks like cut instead of expand
i wouldn't hold my breath. and the problem with it is if you don't support arbitrary resolutions from the very beginning it's not looking good. that's just good programming standards. maybe the game will support it with the restarted build because the original was hobbled together as far as i understood.

In topic so where is it??
come on now. you know what a prologue is? there is a prologue quest that you can play right now. and in that prologue quest you are going to elsweyr. and you do unleash dragons onto elsweyr. everything the text you quoted promised is there right now; as a prologue quest. that quest is quite short, like all the prologue quests. it's not something new.

meh, i would have hoped that at this point a rudimentary 21:9 support would have been implemented. whelp

In topic Metro Exodus is short ?...
24 hours with good ending. I don't consider that short. I had 9 hours on the clock after the first open map so I can't even imagine running through the whole game in 8 hours. captain slow my♥♥♥♥♥

In topic Metro Exodus Steam Forum Rules
hey deep silver, i believe you are the last one who can and should make rules for a steam metro forum. you should concentrate on the epic community forums. ohhh...

haha the uninformed paranoia itt is glorious :)
You could do that what the others suggested if you bought the game over 2 years ago. If you have a newer copy you have to write eso support and ask if they can decouple your account from steam. Then, you have to buy a retail copy, install that one and login in with the Account ID and password aquired from eso support.
don't forget about the horrible steam monopoly. wait. there is origin. there is uplay. there is gog. ther is itch. hm. then you can get games on 3rd party sites and exploit valves generosity and use their infrastructure without paying them one cent.
but hey. discord.

you know what xfire, ventrillo, teamspeak, mumble and discord have in common? at some point they where the best way to communicate for people who enjoy playing games together. what else? they get ditched when some new♥♥♥♥♥♥comes. and discord is _not_ the end all here. there are a lot of things discord does badly. some new♥♥♥♥♥♥will come sooner or later. hope you have fun with your games on a then dead platform.

Rage.

Oh I liked Rage (minus the driving around parts) but really, when I say I want a Q1 sequel I mean the whole atmosphere, the music, the enemies (and, well, the leveldesign). Some parts of Rage came close but did never reach it. And Rage 2 seems to be on another level; I'm sure I will like it but its not the Q1 sequel I want.
