Are they worth it? Or not really?

Also, what is actually worth buying in the crown store? Bag space ugrade?

Personally i wouldn't bother with those starter packs, the only interesting thing in them would be the exp scrolls.
As for what to buy in the crown store..well the DLCs are pretty good to get, the rest is pretty much just fluff

What about the "Crown Lesson: Riding" thingys? What to do with them, just use and forget?

Yea, those are scrolls you use to increase your riding speed, mount stamina, and carry capacity. You can do the same at the stables once a day

The Adept's Pack for 500 crowns is a no brainer:

- 10x exp scrolls (50% for 2 hrs each)
- 3 x costumes (MUCH better than the single purchases you have on the Crown Store under the costume section)
- 1 x horse (extremely good for a beginner, you save a LOT of money)
- soul gems, pots, posions
- 15 riding lessons (5 each), basically boosting your character to a 15 days old in...1 minute.

So... They are once per ACCOUNT, not once per CHARACTER? That's just sad...

I mean, I do understand that horse/costumes are shared(able to use em on my second character now, yes)... But what about the rest of the items - like the riding lessons or the xp scrolls? Are they once per account?

Everything in the pack is shared. For example, you put the lessons in the bank and then use them on different characters. Clearly, there are 15 lessons, as there are 255 poisons, 90 tri-restoration potions and 20 soul gems. I mean, they are all one time use items.

Don't waste your crowns on it please. It doesn't really give you anything beneficial aside from exp scrolls. A mount is dirt cheap only 10k gold, riding lessons are whatever unless you wanna do PvP right away. Potions and soul gems are so easy to get as well, and most of the time you're not gonna use poisons
