Any Tips for Finding Salt?

Its been a few weeks and I still have not found anything I can shake.

What mode are you playing? (It may be more rare in some modes,)
And what regions have you searched, or what region are you in now?

Oddly enough the Forestry Lookout in ML always seems to have multiples for me in vanilla Stalker, which is weird, but the Ranger in that lookout had no blood pressure issues, I guess?

sorry good point. I'm playing Vanilla Interloper. I'm currently btwn ML, MT, and HRV.

Yeah, it's probably more rare in Loper. If you've already looted all of ML, but haven't looted all of MT yet- Paradise Meadows Farmhouse usually has one for me (Stalker) and Grey Mother's house usually has one or two. But other Interloper players are going to be better able to tell you where they have found it- it may not spawn in the same locations as it does in Stalker.
